Blair is probably best known as the front woman and creator/producer of Oui 3. Her idea was to marry 60's psychedelia with 90's political sensibility set to cool hip hop grooves drawing parallels with the events of the sixties with that of the 90's.

Oui 3 were signed by MCA Records in 1992 and recorded their first album Oui Love You. The first single released was, For What It's Worth which hit the charts and their names and faces began to be seen and heard on TV show's like Channel 4's 'The Word' and ITV's 'BPM'. Indeed, For What it's Worth would have been a bigger hit, had MCA released a CD single format that didn't exceed the BPI rules on track lengths. Guess Oui 3 gave too much value for money! The single entered the album charts at 56! Their second single, Break From The Old Routine hit the top 20 and they performed on the now legendary Top Of The Pops. In total Oui 3 had 5 hit singles.

Universal Records have released Oui 3 'The Collection', which includes all the hits from Oui Love You and 9 tracks from THREEDOM. An album not to be missed!
